Yeah...this pretty much says it all.
Did ever have one of those days? You know the ones, where you're busy all day long but got nothing done! This is the best way I know of to describe those days.

how was the baseball game, M? I hope you had a good time. I sat in my damn cube and updated test cases all day. Also, wouldn't the ant just sloosh into the jello? Just wondering. I made the paper clip guy jump to his demise a few times for ya. see you tomorrow, you better have my cracker jacks.
